The machine uses a mechanical automatic hemming cylinder:

1. Cylinder opening/closing: After starting, the cylinder automatically opens, folding the trouser leg edge to the set width (12.7mm)

2. Synchronous feeding: Upper and lower pullers behind the needle provide synchronized continuous feeding, ensuring even hemming

3. Sewing: Lockstitch completes the hemming
